The Sensory Experience: Photography + Design + Music

Nothing makes me more excited than a new release from my favorite band. Lucky me, The Graduate released two “name-your-price” EPs this spring. While one of the EPs contained b-sides from their sophomore release, “Only Every Time”, the other was a collection of songs written for an art show that most fans never thought they’d get their hands on.

As I was listening to the “Sea Legs” EP this morning, I realized I never viewed the art the music was inspired by. Though the art show took place long before the public release of the music to go with it, what I found today was a delightful combination of photography and design. I wouldn’t mind having a few of these pieces in my house! Or going to an artshow like this in Milwaukee. Any inspired artists and musicians out there?

I’d recommend viewing it while listening to the music for the full effect. The Sea Legs EP can be downloaded for any amount, even free, at: http://thegraduate.bandcamp.com/album/sea-legs.
